Team 34 LC Financial Responsibility & No Refund Policy

Team 34 LC is a nonprofit youth lacrosse organization. Our annual and seasonal operating expenses, including coaching, field rentals, tournament fees, league fees, uniforms, equipment, insurance, administration, and other program costs, are distributed across the players who commit to participate each season.

Because Team 34 LC incurs and commits to many of these expenses in advance based on accepted roster positions, families who accept a roster spot are financially responsible for their share of the season's costs. Once a player accepts a roster position, there are no refunds for any reason, including injury, illness, schedule conflicts, relocation, or any other circumstance.

All registration fees, team dues, deposits, installment payments, and other fees paid to Team 34 LC are non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to:

• Injury or illness
• Schedule conflicts
• Family or personal circumstances
• School or other extracurricular commitments
• Relocation
• Dissatisfaction with playing time, coaching, team placement, or team decisions
• Voluntary withdrawal from the program for any reason

By accepting a roster spot with Team 34 LC, families commit to the full financial obligation for the season.

Season fees are used to cover expenses including, but not limited to:

• Tournament and league entry fees
• Field and facility rentals
• Coaching compensation and training costs
• Uniforms and equipment
• Insurance and administrative expenses
• Team operating expenses and logistics

Many of these expenses are incurred or paid prior to the start of the season and cannot be recovered by Team 34 LC if a player withdraws.

Accordingly, acceptance of a roster position constitutes agreement to pay the full season cost regardless of a player's participation level or ability to complete the season.

While Team 34 LC understands that injuries and medical situations can occur, refunds will not be provided due to injury, illness, or any medical condition.

Because Team 34 LC allocates season expenses across all committed players and incurs costs based on roster commitments, accepted roster positions remain financially obligated for the full season regardless of participation status.

From time to time, circumstances outside of Team 34 LC's control may require schedule adjustments, facility changes, or tournament modifications.

Team 34 LC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative programming, reschedule events when possible, or make appropriate accommodations. However:

• No refunds or fee reductions will be issued due to schedule changes, facility changes, weather-related impacts, or program modifications.
• If a tournament or event is canceled by a third party after fees have been paid, no refund will be issued unless Team 34 LC receives a refund from the event organizer.

By registering for, accepting a roster spot on, or participating in any Team 34 LC program, team, clinic, or event, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understand this Financial Responsibility and No Refund Policy.
• Acceptance of a roster position creates a commitment to pay the full season cost.
• All registration fees, deposits, dues, and payments are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be granted for injury, illness, withdrawal, relocation, schedule conflicts, or any other reason.

This policy helps ensure Team 34 LC can responsibly operate as a nonprofit organization and provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all players and families. We appreciate your understanding, commitment, and support of our program.
