Coach Ricardo brings over 25 years of collegiate coaching experience to the Team 34 organization. During his tenure As Head Coach at Misericordia University, Coach Jim led the cougars to over 155 wins in 20 years, including a MAC Freedom Championship in 2017 while being named conference coach of the year.
In 2010, Coach Ricardo coached the United States U19 team to a silver medal at the FIL festival in Manchester, England.
As a player, Jim won two National Junior College Championships with Herkimer Community College, and helped Cortland State to two NCAA tournament appearances.
Jim’s goal is to continue to grow and expand lacrosse in NEPA while highlighting the talent of the areas best athletes. With his abundance of resources and connections, Jim has already lead multiple Team 34 players to college commitments and looks forward to the many more that will follow.
Coach Wagner is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Misericordia University. During his time there, he was a 4x team captain, 3x USILA All-American, MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year, ECAC Division III
Offensive Player of the year, Division III North/South All-Star, and became Misericordia’s All-Time leading point scorer, Assist Leader, and single-season point record holder.
Coach Wagner is part of “Movement Wins” a sport performance company ran by 3 Misericordia Lacrosse Alumni who offer virtual and in person sport specific strength, agility, and conditioning programs.
Coach Jury has over 7 years experience as a youth lacrosse coach and program administrator, and has spent the last 4 years as an assistant coach with the Raptors. With an additional 10 year coaching football at the youth and Jr. High Level.
Coach Jury has a Doctorate of Business Administration Degree from Walden University, and a Masters of Project Management Degree From Penn State University, and looks to utilize his knowledge and experience with leadership and professional development to help the boys grow as lacrosse players and young professionals.
Coach McAndrew brings over 9 years of playing experience to the Team 34 Lacrosse Club. A Native to Dallas, PA, Corey led the Dallas Mountaineers to 3 straight WVC Championship games while setting both school and WVC records in career saves (741) and save percentage (.721). Corey was a two time WVC first team all star selection, two time WVC Defensive player of the year, and the Times Leader Boy’s Lacrosse Player of the year in 2017. Coach McAndrew also adds an EPLCA WVLL League MVP award in 2017.
At Frostburg State University, Corey helped the Bobcats reach NCAA D3 top 20 national rankings in both 2018 & 2019. He was a member of Frostburg States inaugural NCAA D2 team as the school transitioned to Division 2 before Covid cut their undefeated season short in 2020.
Corey’s goal is to increase the quality of youth & high school lacrosse in NEPA. Corey brings relationships with a plethora of college coaches and players to Team 34 and looks forward to being a part of the club for years to come.
